David Seeto - Behind Covershot

 

 

David Seeto, photographer, has had 25 years experience in the areas of Advertising, Commercial, Corporate and Magazine contributions. A founding member of the Advertising, Commercial, Magazine Photographers (ACMP), and member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP), he has presented in workshops for professional photographers, as well as attaining recognition in the AIPP Australian National Awards.

Formerly from Brisbane and servicing clients in Queensland and Sydney, his work covered Food, Fashion, Jewelry, Aerials and commercial assignments including Architectural photography.

He has contributed to magazines such as Vogue Living, House & Gardens, Queensland homes, Rick Rutherford’s Country Magazine and Lifestyle series of publications.

This provided a base to a comprehensive photographic service to the Housing Industry. One such client was the successful Pingel Homes, winner of numerous awards including multiple Australian Master Builder of the Year Award.

A personal photographer to the Australian Legend, RM Williams, David worked on many of his landmark projects including RM William’s books and publications.

As well as owning and running a successful photographic studio, several photographic labs and a retail business, David also served on as a director of the long established tourist and living museum, Jondaryan Woolshed.

Years of experience in visual marketing of homes and properties have shaped David's unshaken belief in the power of high end presentation regardless of the property. He teaches that an investment in property, design and workmanship deserves an equal investment in good images and professional presentation. Covershot Realty Photography is the realization of this on a large scale.
